Aroma Nebulizer
This machines are also commonly known as Waterless diffusers, as no water is required to diffuse the essential oils. Neither does it need heat to disperse the essential oil. But instead it uses pressurized air that creates fine mist of tiny oil particles that disperses directly into the air.

Aroma Humidifier
Unlike aroma nebulizers, this type of aroma diffuser requires water. It uses ultrasonic technology uses high-frequency sound vibrations to create a fine mist of water, which is then released into the air to increase humidity. On top of providing moisture to the environment, it works as an aroma diffuser too if essential oils are being added to the machine.
Ultimately, the primary goal of aroma diffusers is to spread fragrance and therapeutic properties of oils. And they are all great for stress relief, relaxation, focus, or sleep (depending on the oils used).
The ideal aroma diffuser or the best scent will be dependent on oneself. You will have to try and see if it's suitable for your personal use or the space you will be utilizing the machine at!
