Top Tips for Using a Humidifier the Right Way

What causes the mist to not produce efficiently? Why does the machine off by itself? Why is the mist travelling downwards? 

These are some commonly asked questions and here are some things to take note when using a humidifier! 

1. Do not pour too much essential oil into the water
Well, it highly depends on your water volume too.
We would suggest a couple drops of essential oil and up to one cap of essential oil, but it will really depend on the capacity of your humidifier, as well as your preference for its intensity. 

Do not use just the Diffuser Essential Oil to fill the diffuser's reservoir, but instead to mix it with water.
And please take note that filling too much essential oil might prevent the mist from producing efficiently. 


If you happen to pour too much essential oil, find a container to transfer the contents over.
Then rinse and wipe it dry before filling it with just water again.
You may turn on the machine to see the difference in its mist output. 

2. Do not block the air inlet
You may be wondering where is the air inlet? - It is located at the base of the machine.


By blocking the air inlet of the machine, it will affect the mist output and might even cause the machine to not function properly. Always place the machine on flat and hard surface, without any soft materials such as cloth, mat, or carpet below it.
 

3. Check the water level
Always ensure the water level is on or below the maximum indication line of the machine.
If the water is too full, it will affect the mist output as well.
