Mix 5-10ml with 300ml-500ml of water for room sprays and air fresheners

Use with water vacuum cleaner: Add 5-10ml

Foot/Bath Soak:
Add 5-10ml to approx 1 litre tub of water to relax and enjoy aromatherapy.
