Terms & Conditions

Adherence to Contest Terms and Conditions
i) By participating in the Contest, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein contained, and the decisions of the Organiser.
ii) The judging criteria should be based 100% on the management’s decision.

Duration
i) The Contest runs from 18 September 2023 to 31 October 2023.
ii) The Organiser reserves the right to vary or change the dates and duration period of the Contest at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility
i) Any person who has fulfilled the criteria below is eligible to participate in this Contest (“Participants”):
a) Residents of Singapore
b) Aged 12 years and above

Contest Mechanics
i) Snap a photo with any of our Kirona Scent products and upload the picture on your public Instagram account
ii) Tag us @kironascent and add this hashtag: #KironaSnaps

Contest Prizes
i) There will be a total of 3 winners for the duration of this contest
ii) A participant can submit multiple entries but is only entitled to 1 prize throughout the entire contest period.

iii) The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash and the usage of the voucher shall be subject to validity period and the Terms and Conditions as stipulated by the Organiser.
iv) The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes of similar value to the initial prize.

Winner Selection

1. i) The Organiser will select entries which have complied with Clause 3 and 4 as winners.
2. ii) Participant’s Instagram account is to be set ‘Public’ during the Contest Period and Judging Period to be eligible to be selected as a contest winner in the contest.

iii) The Organiser reserves the right to reject any Participants failing to meet the requirement above.

1. iv) The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.

Winner Announcement

1. i) Contest winner(s) will be announced on Kirona Scent’s Instagram page within the next fourteen (14) working days from the end of the Contest Period in the comment section of the Contest postings. 
2. ii) Contest winner(s) are required to provide the following details within five (5) working days after the winner announcement:

1. Name
2. Mobile Number
3. Delivery Address

iii) The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or assign the prizes to another Contest Participant should the originally selected winners fail to provide the required details within the stipulated time frame.

iv) Contest Prize(s) will be sent to Contest Winner(s) according to the mailing address given. Change of mailing address after dispatch is not allowed.

Rights of The Organiser
i) The Organiser’s decision in selecting the winner(s) for the Contest is final and conclusive. Correspondence will not be entertained.
ii) The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions herein contained at any time and from time to time without prior notice.

iii) Participant(s) agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights thereto shall belong to the Organiser. The Organiser shall have the exclusive right to use, edit, modify and publish the entry submitted by all the Participant(s), publish the names of the Participant(s), in any way it deems fit for any advertising, trade, promotional purposes and for any other reason whatsoever, without any further notice to the Participant(s) and the Participant(s) shall not claim ownership or any payment or compensation on the materials.

iv) In the event a Contest Winner(s) chooses not to accept a prize, they will disclaim all rights, interests and claims to that prize and the prize will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.
v) The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time without notice and the Participant shall not be entitled, in the event of such cancellation, termination or suspension, to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the Participant as a direct and/or indirect result of the cancellation, termination or suspension.
